Run fsck on reboot

touch /forcefsck
shutdown -r now

Check the source below for alternative methods, but this is the simplest one.

Sometimes you can also send the flag -rF to shutdown, but this only works on some Linux flavours (Mainly Debian/Ubuntu, not RHEL/CentOS).
