Enable high quality audio for bluetooth (AAC and AptX codecs) on MacOS, OSX and High Sierra

Run the following commands:

sudo defaults write bluetoothaudiod "Enable AptX codec" -bool true
sudo defaults write bluetoothaudiod "Enable AAC codec" -bool true

Verify by clicking on the bluetooth icon in the top bar while holding the option key.
